Refund & Returns Policy
As a Sweden-based EU business we honour the consumer rights granted by Swedish law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive where they apply.
Right of withdrawal
Where applicable, EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt. Certain sealed products cannot be returned once the seal is broken for health or safety reasons.
How to return
Contact [Support Email] with your order number before returning any item. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with intact tamper seals.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged or incorrect deliveries within 7 days of receipt with photos so we can arrange replacement or refund.
