These Terms govern your use of the NordLabs website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
All products sold on this website are intended strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, food, cosmetics or dietary supplements and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring your purchase and intended use comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the header (SEK or EUR) and include applicable Swedish VAT unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

6. Cancellations and returns
See our Refund & Returns Policy. Due to product characteristics some items are excluded from the standard EU right of withdrawal once seals are broken.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law NordLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of products contrary to the Research Disclaimer.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Swedish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
